Ebsta was founded in 2012, following two decades of trying to solve the challenges inherent with CRM. We blossomed from a simple idea from two individuals who are now our co-founders. A few years later, thousands of loyal customers and a skilled team that is truly second to none. Our mission is to help businesses to develop deeper and more meaningful relationships with their customers. We are trusted globally by the world’s leading and fastest growing companies. As of 2020, we have evolved into a Revenue Intelligence Platform, helping to scale B2B Sales teams build better relationships to drive predictable revenue growth.

We partnered with cloud-based recruitment software, Bullhorn to provide relationship tracking.

August 2012

Launched Chrome Plug-In

We launched our Ebsta mail integration for Gmail into the Chrone Extension store.

December 2012

Achieved #1 Most Popular Partnership on Bullhorn

We were voted number 1 most popular partner solution within the Bullhorn ecosystem.

March 2013

Became Salesforce ISV

We became recognised as one of Salesforce's independent Software Vendors, provide integrated solutions for the Salesforce platform.

June 2013

Launched on Salesforce AppExchange

We officially launched our platform on the Salesforce AppExchange.

June 2013

Added GMail Integration to AppExchange

We launched our Gmail integration on to the Salesforce AppExchange providing users with end-to-end mail tracking and workflows.

January 2014

Opened New Office in US

We officially opened our first new office in San Diego, in the US.

September 2014

Reached #1 on the Salesforce AppExchange

We achieved the #1 most downloaded Salesforce app on their AppExchange.

May 2016

Created 1,000 Customers

Ebsta hit the milestone of 1,000 active customers across our platform.

March 2017

Launch of Ebsta Team

We launched our sales pipeline focused application to assist sales managers and leaders to achieve their sales goals.

October 2017

Voted G2 Market Lead

We were to proud be voted by G2 their marketing leading revenue operations platform.

June 2018

Launch Ebsta Score

We upgraded out Team platform to provide users with insight into customer engagement improving opportunity management.

April 2019

Launched Outlook Integration

We expanded our integrations to enable Oulook customers to access the power of Ebsta directly from their inboxes.

July 2020

Launched Ebsta Professional Platform

At Ebsta Troy is responsible for the accounting and finance functions as well as developing and implementing financial and operational controls to competitively position the company.

Having joined in 2012, he’s played a pivotal role in building Ebsta; from successfully launching multiple products to developing and growing cross-functional teams in the UK and US. Away from work, Daniel is a massive Liverpool fan and has recently taken up kickboxing.

Oliver's passion for sales, and most importantly, helping customers achieve their goals is his #1 priority. He has been with Ebsta from the very beginning as the first sales hire, and has been instrumental in impacting Ebsta's meteoric growth over the past decade.

With 10+ years of experience in Startup, including 6 years in building products for Sales and Marketers, Mark serves as Product Manager at Ebsta. Mark is responsible for Ebsta’s product roadmap and is working with the Development team to take product ideas to production.

Solution's Engineer
With a background in Engineering, and more than four years of experience working in high growth SAAS start-ups, Alex is Ebsta’s Solutions Engineer. He oversees all Professional Services, including the onboarding of new customers, and reporting and data insights using Ebsta metrics.

A graduate of Chapman University, California, Elliott divides time between offices in San Diego and his native London.
